Renters must be 25+, hold a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a major credit card. Book online 24/7 or by phone. Rentals run from 8 hours to months, with unlimited mileage packages, 24/7 attended free pickup and dropoff with reservation, and pickup/delivery to homes and businesses. Vehicles may travel up to 150 miles from the office (further with prior approval; never into Mexico or Canada). Strict no-smoking policy ($400 fine). ## Key rental terms

- Minimum age: 25
- Required at pickup: valid driver's license, proof of insurance, major credit
  card. No special licence is needed to drive the vans
- Minimum rental 8 hours; up to months at a time
- Deposits: Transit vans $100 minimum prepayment, Sprinter vans $200
- Cancellations: 30+ days before pickup, full refund; 15-29 days, store credit
  of equal value that never expires; within 14 days, non-refundable. Bookings
  made within 72 hours of pickup are non-refundable unless cancelled by the end
  of the same business day
- Insurance is NOT sold or provided
- Additional drivers are free
- Travel limited to a 150-mile radius of the office without prior approval
- No travel into Mexico or Canada under any circumstances
