What documents do I need to rent a van?
You need a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a major credit card.
How old do you have to be to rent a van?
You must be of age 25 and older to rent one of our vans.
What is your cancellation policy?
At Vegas Van Rentals, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our customers while ensuring our vehicles remain available for others.
Deposits — Transit Vans: $100 minimum prepayment. Sprinter Vans: $200 minimum prepayment.
Cancellations & Refunds — 30+ Days Before Pickup: Receive a full refund of your deposit/prepayment. 15–29 Days Before Pickup: Your deposit/prepayment will be converted into a store credit of equal value. Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future rental. Within 14 Days of Pickup: Deposits/prepayments are non-refundable and not transferable.
Same-Day & Last-Minute Bookings — Reservations made within 72 hours of the pickup date are non-refundable, unless canceled by the end of the business day on which the reservation was made.
No-Shows — Failure to pick up your reserved van without prior cancellation will result in the forfeiture of your deposit/prepayment.
What is the minimum and maximum time period I can rent a van?
We rent vans for as little as 8 hours and up to months at a time.
Is insurance included in the van rental?
No, we do not sell or offer any insurance.
What happens if I damage the van during the rental?
Depends on the damage and situation. Usually for minor stuff, the client will pay out of pocket. For major incidents you'll usually need to go through your own insurance.
Can I add an additional driver to the rental agreement?
Yes, we don't charge extra for additional drivers.
Do I need a special license to operate your vans?
No, you just need to have a valid driver's license.

Can I pick up and drop off the van at different locations?
We offer convenient pickup and drop off at our office as well as pickup and dropoff at most Las Vegas Strip locations. Please note we do not offer airport pickup and drop-off.
What type of vehicles do you rent?
We rent 15-passenger Mercedes Sprinters, Ford Transits, and luxury SUVs like Cadillac Escalades.
Are there any restrictions on where I can take the rental vehicle?
We limit our vans to a radius of 150 miles from our location. You must get prior approval for further distances. Our vehicles are absolutely not allowed to travel into Mexico or Canada.
What is your smoking policy?
At Vegas Van Rentals, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy in all our vehicles. Any indication of smoking — including smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts, or other related evidence — will incur a $400 fine.
What happens if the van breaks down during my rental period?
Depending on the location and cause of the breakdown, we will work with you to get another replacement van or roadside assistance to help with the vehicle repair to get you back on the road. (Please note we will not be held liable for blown tires caused by puncture or heat blow out, or cracked windshields.)
Is there anything specific I need to know prior to renting a van?
Van height clearance is 11 feet. It is taller than you think. It will not fit in Vegas parking garages or any underground parking or drive-through restaurants or carwashes.
